How many guests can Hillside Farms Accommodate? 
We are able to accommodate 200 guests comfortably indoors or outdoors. All set-up and tear down of chairs, tables and linen are provided by the staff of Hillside Lavender Farms. 
How many tables and chairs are provided? 
* 25- 60" Round tables, 2- 48" Round tables, and 3- 8' tables- all with white or ivory linen- Included
(additional linen options are available to match your colors, pricing will vary)
* 200 premier white resin folding chairs

How long is the rental of Hillside Lavender Farms? 
We only book one event a day, so you have full exclusive time from 10am to 10pm 
What is the insurance requirements? 
 You are required to purchase and maintain Special Event Liability insurance coverage, naming Hillside Lavender Farms as additionally insured.  Check with your insurance agent or purchase through an online vendor such as www.wedsafe.comIf serving alcohol, you must acquire a Banquet Permit from the State of Washington. All alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender.
What is the required deposit to reserve the rental of Hillside Lavender Farms? 
We require a deposit of $1000.00 of the fee upon booking if the event is more than 90 days out and 100% of the Fee if event is less than 60 days out. The remainder is due 60 days prior to your event. Damage deposit is $500- refunable after event and venue is to the specifications within the contract. The deposit is non-refundable when a signed contract is signed by both parties in agreeance. If the date needs to be changed, we are able to utilize the deposit to change your wedding date if the calendar allows.
Does Hillside Lavender Farms require to use certain vendors? 
No, we do have a preferred list of vendors available that we've worked with in previous events available for referral. If you have a licensed professional that you would like to have added, we will need to have their information to ensure they meet our standard of ethics and conduct prior to a contract.
