All set-up and tear down of chairs, tables and linen are provided by the staff of Hillside Lavender Farms.

with airbnb several minutes from the farm

We require a deposit of $1,500.00 of the fee upon booking if the event is more than 90 days out.
The full balance is 100% due if the event is less than 60 days from the calendar date.
The remainder of the balance is due 60 days prior to your event. Damage deposit is $1000- refundable after event and venue is to the specifications within the contract.
The deposit is non-refundable when a signed contract is signed by both parties in agreeance.
You are required to purchase and maintain Special Event Liability insurance coverage, naming Hillside Lavender Farms as additionally insured for a one million dollar policy. ($1,000,000.00 policy) Check with your insurance agent or purchase through an online vendor such as www.wedsafe.com.

If you have a licensed professional that you would like to have added, their information will need to be provided to have in place a full licensing contract; 90 days prior to your event.
Please note: there is no "self-service" or personal buffet style food service offered.
A licensed caterer with all required food handlers permits and licensing under the Health Department
for food catering is required for all private events.
A licensed and insured bartender under Washington State guidelines is required for alchohol served.
If serving any alcohol at your event, you must also acquire
a Banquet Permit from the State of Washington.
*** All alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender.
