Hillside Lavender Farms is a privately owned farm and gathering venue located on 10 acres in Tenino, Washington, just south of Olympia in Thurston County.
The venue offers indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, private celebrations and gatherings, with capacity for up to 150 guests indoors and up to 200 guests when using the outdoor garden space.

How do I check availability at Hillside Farms for my Date?

We require a deposit of $1,500.00 of the fee upon booking if the event is more than 90 days out.
The full balance is 100% due if the event is less than 60 days from the calendar date.
The remainder of the balance is due 60 days prior to your event. Damage deposit is $1000- refundable after event and venue is to the specifications within the contract.
The deposit is non-refundable when a signed contract is signed by both parties in agreeance.
You are required to purchase and maintain Special Event Liability insurance coverage, naming Hillside Lavender Farms as additionally insured for a one million dollar policy. ($1,000,000.00 policy) Check with your insurance agent or purchase through an online vendor such as www.wedsafe.com.

No, there is a preferred list of vendors available that we've worked with in previous gatherings available for you.
If you have a licensed professional that you would like to have added, their information will need to be provided to have in place a full licensing contract; 90 days prior to your date.
Please note: there is no "self-service" or personal buffet style food service offered.
A licensed caterer with all required food handlers permits and licensing under the Health Department
for food catering is required for all private gatherings.
A licensed and insured bartender under Washington State guidelines is required for alchohol served.
If serving any alcohol on your date, you must also acquire

Hillside Lavender Farms continues to grow alongside the couples and families who gather here.
For 2027, we're expanding the farm experience with a new dahlia flower garden, a wisteria arbor, and additional lavender harvesting while continuing to host a limited number of private gatherings throughout the season.
