There are several hotels and lodging available
with airbnb several minutes from the farm
for your out of state guests.

How do I check availability at Hillside Farms for my Gathering?

We require a $1,500.00 deposit of the fee upon reserving the farm if the date is more than
90 days from the booking. The entire balance is due in full if the private gathering is less than 60 days from the calendar date.
The remaining balance is due 60 days before the reservation. Your damage deposit is $1000, refundable after the event and venue is to the specifications within the contract.
The deposit is non-refundable when a signed contract is signed by both parties in agreeance.
You are required to purchase and maintain Special Event Liability insurance coverage, naming Hillside Lavender Farms as additionally insured for a one million dollar policy. ($1,000,000.00 policy) Check with your insurance agent or purchase through an online vendor such as www.wedsafe.com.

If you have a licensed professional that you would like to have added, their information will need to be provided to have in place a full licensing contract; 90 days prior to your reserved date.
Please note: there is no "self-service" or personal buffet style food service offered.
A licensed caterer with all required food handlers permits and licensing under the Health Department
for food catering is required for all private gatherings.
A licensed and insured bartender under Washington State guidelines is required for alchohol served.
If serving any alcohol at your event, you must also acquire
a Banquet Permit from the State of Washington.
