We require a $1,500.00 deposit of the fee upon reserving the farm if the date is more than
90 days from the booking. The entire balance is due in full if the private gathering is less than 60 days from the calendar date.
The remaining balance is due 60 days before the reservation. Your damage deposit is $1000, refundable after the event and venue is to the specifications within the contract.
The deposit is non-refundable when a signed contract is signed by both parties in agreeance.
You are required to purchase and maintain Special Event Liability insurance coverage, naming Hillside Lavender Farms as additionally insured for a one million dollar policy. ($1,000,000.00 policy) Check with your insurance agent or purchase through an online vendor such as www.wedsafe.com.
